Hibiscus Children’s Center Hosts
WINE & DINE AROUND THE WORLD

Hibiscus Children’s Center is excited to announce that we will once again take you on a culinary journey with “Wine & Dine Around the World”.  Prepare for an adventure on Saturday, February 26 at 6:30pm at Grand Harbor Club.  Guests will enjoy touring the world sampling food and wine without ever leaving Vero Beach.  This exciting evening features culinary delights with expertly paired wines from several countries in a progressive tasting, from appetizer to dessert.  The evening will feature a wonderful silent auction and a raffle.  Your taste buds will be delightfully tempted while we join together for a great cause, to support the abused youth living at the Hibiscus Village and help to provide a better future for the teens.

Another highlight of the evening will be the exciting opportunity to win one of our fabulous drawing prizes!  Tickets are $20, 3 for $50, or 7 for $100 and you do not need to be present to win.  1st Prize is a $500 gift certificate to enjoy dinner at The Tides – Fine Dining, Elevated, where Chef Leanne Kelleher offers innovative cuisine featuring the finest local seafood and organic produce along with a Wine Spectator Award Winning wine list since 2000; 2nd Prize is “Your Own Special Wine Cellar” that includes  an assortment of wine bottles valued at a total of $500; and 3rd Prize is “Assorted Wines & Accessories” valued at $300.

Co-chairs Carole Casey and Jan Harrell, along with their committee of dedicated volunteers, are planning an exciting evening that the guests will remember while raising critical funds to assist youth in need.  All proceeds from the Wine & Dine event directly support the mission of Hibiscus Children’s Center and its efforts to improve the lives of abused, abandoned and neglected teens living at the Hibiscus Village in Vero Beach.  The Village provides a long-term home environment for teens where they receive nurturing, love and encouragement along with mental health counseling, educational services and career preparation training.
